Don has spent decades behind the scenes in live entertainment, learning firsthand that no two productions are quite the same—and that there is almost always a plan B, C or "well, let's see what happens."
His approach to safety comes from understanding the work: the pressure, the problem-solving, the last-minute changes and those inevitable "that's not supposed to happen" moments.
